The Channel 7 website, the pioneer of news websites targeting this specific audience, has become over the years a prominent media powerhouse, which includes a variety of media tools that achieve impressive browsing data and an audience that points with their fingers. The original design was showing its age and there was a need for a complete facelift for all group’s websites under a new brand language that would unite all of its parts and present them as the leading media group they are, while maintaining the values and identity.
The project included an in-depth UX process and a completely new design for all parts of the sites, including an up-to-date and dynamic 7, which changes according to the field of interest or the section, and includes a diagonal line leaning to the right that is used as a repeated, distinct and recognizable element that leads the new look, from the logo down to the pause video button.
